Terrible and dishonest! Terrible and dishonest! Collects the money and runs. Left house dirty.
DO NOT USE !!! Very bad cleaning and very unprofessional - no sense of customer service! I found this company online and was looking for a cleaning post sandy renovations. My email about what I wanted to be done was very specific - and the job was done super poorly. Plus the hours they spent were more than estimated with only part of the work done. I kept trying to find a time to resolve the situation with barbara - but she never was available when I could get there and then stopped answering my emails.
Great Service I have used SummerWind Cleaning Service for the past 5 years for our summer home in Manasquan. The teams that we have had over the years have been very professional and the work is always consistent. Barbara is has always been available if we had any special requests or if we needed extra cleanings for special occasions.
Don't take the risk, save your money! They're horrible may as well have given my money away. They left the house filthy! I don't understand how they're getting good reviews, either friends of Barbara are writing them, or these women are completely inconsistent! I will never use them again. I wouldn't take the risk, save your money!
Summer Wind - Reliable cleaning service I was tired of cleaning services that never delivered on what they said they were going to do. So when the cleaning crew left, I checked everything on my list. They did exactly what they said they would do in the amount of time they gave me (and no hidden costs). Barbara was very professional and easy to deal with. I even called her to thank her.
Excellent Service Excellent cleaning service. The girls are on time, bring all supplies and equipment with them. Have been using them for many years. Highly recommend them.
DISHONEST, POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE, POOR WORK ETHIC My fianc and I just bought a small 2 bedroom house, we were excited to get a deep cleaning from top to bottom. I called Summer Wind Cleaning based on the reviews given online (which now I wouldn't be surprised if Barbara wrote them all herself), I spoke with Barbara she seemed very nice over the phone explaining that she would have 3 women $25 and hour for each, and they would do a deep clean of the house, the floors, inside the cabinets, the blinds, etc... Summer Wind Cleaning Service Corp. is a life saver! I made a last minute, desperate call to Summer Wind when I realized I didn't have time to plan for the party AND clean the house. They fit me in the schedule and cleaned our split level top to bottom. The girls were everywhere at once and got the job done quickly and with exceptional care. I sopke to Barbara personally after the cleaning to tell her how happy I was with the service. Thanks to SummerWind for helping out a busy, stressed out mom and saving the day!
