Gus and staff did a Very professional Job👍 beyond the call of duty! Very happy resolved all are concern and cleared up all misunderstandings would highly recommend summerwind apartment's
Still has out of control kids screaming and yelling until 1 am noisy neighbors cars racing through at all hours loud music,roach infested!!!
Managment is right on the issues,very concerned about the community at large very nice apt,well kept grounds,clean safe community,Eric Valle is a wonderful manager and goes out of his way to make residents happy!!!
cockroach infested and very poor management I've been living in my apartment for a whole year and still no one has came to fix the rips that are on the floor which I was told a year ago that was going to be fix a week after moving in but I'll probably be charged for it oh and if you have kids and they want to color outside with Chuck you'll get charged a $100 clean-up fee...
Repeatedly inform office of maintenance requests even in writing and they are ignored. Rent goes up at the end of each lease.
This place went WAY DOWNHILL since I've lived here. Management office is usually closed. Most of my maintenance issues are ignored despite begging and pleading. Crime. Safety issues. All that and rents are going WAY UP now. Wrong side of town if you catch my drift.
