I’ve only been here since November 2024 and I was told that my apartment was renovated. Upon moving in I saw that my wall was partially painted and it was half clean. There were dead roaches everywhere and window seals were very dirty. I had to clean that myself. Well upon being here they got rid of the old staff that was here and new owners took over. Management is nice , and the apartments are nice and quiet. I love it here .
I have been living here about 8 years. Kathy, Libby and Josh are the best management staff we have ever had. The entire complex has been freshly painted and looks great. The grounds are well-maintained and the community as whole is pretty laid-back. You should check it out! 1403 Nick Desmond
Writing an Essay because I can’t justify staying quiet about my experience at this property. Not worth the rates they charge. Most amenities weren’t even ever available or are broken. Recently, a few upgrades occurred like repainting, Outside lighting and the grounds are being finally being kept but these upgrades/changes are not well enough to justify a $900+ rate. “Partial Renovation” was done so lazily that I immediately realized several issues that were covered up on top of pretty prevalent maintenance issues.
