I've been here awhile now. There has been 3 different sets of owners through here in the last 3yrs. These owners that have it now is good people along with maintenance but I see they can't keep up as hard as they must be trying. They still need more help because the property is not getting cleaned up and the laundry mat is unbearable. I've never seen it clean and there's no air in there. Never received my security deposit after cleaning up the whole place and it’s been 6 months I have been calling and emailing still haven’t received it
I’ve only been here since November 2024 and I was told that my apartment was renovated. Upon moving in I saw that my wall was partially painted and it was half clean. There were dead roaches everywhere and window seals were very dirty. I had to clean that myself. Well upon being here they got rid of the old staff that was here and new owners took over.
