Easy Living! Quiet gated community. I've lived here since 2013 and haven't had any problems since I moved here. When I have an issue with anything, the maintenance guys take care of it rather quickly. The leasing office staff is nice, inviting, and willing to work with residents.
Not Safe! If you like falling to sleep to frequent gun shots and the smell of weed, this is the place for you. I would have people come up to my windows and look in them. I had two attempted break-ins, while I was home.The maintenance staff was great at getting things immediately fixed. The apartments are not sound proof. My neighbors had screaming matches late at night on a regular basis and my above neighbor was an elephant--the windows would shake when he walked around.
