WARNING: LITERALLY A SLUM LORD. I wish that was an exaggeration. We're talking hundreds of dollars of destroyed clothes, cockroaches, termites, terrible smells, cabinets falling apart, hundreds of dollars of lost food because they wouldn't fix the fridge, etc. BEST PART: When we moved in, there was blood on the floor and the place was a mess. We cleaned it until it was 100x better, and they only gave us back 35% of our deposit. WOULDN'T WISH IT ON MY WORST ENEMY
Washers ripped all our clothes, they did nothing. Food spoiled because the fridge wasn't working, they did nothing. The management is horrendous.
