Buildings are tired. Poorly insulated. As their prices go up, the value goes down, year after year.
Where do I even begin with my review of this place. Well for starters I have never written a negative review. My husband and I first moved into Summer Ridge April of 2017, at the time we worked with a great lady in the office named Cheryl. The day we picked our key up we were informed by Cheryl that it was her last day. No big deal. Our first few months here were okay. Nothing that didn't seem like your normal apartment complex. This has been the absolute worst place i have ever lived the staff is impossible to get ahold of and when you do reach someone they cannot give you the information you are asking for because they don't work at this property. They will not contact the residents when they are going to be cutting down trees you just get to come home to the mess, and when asked why an email was not sent out i was told for things like that(cutting trees down)they don't feel the need to let the residents know. Its beautiful property, good location. over 7 years me and my boy live there. Secure place for kids, my boy like basketball court.. Also tennis court and summer time pool. Also we enjoy fireplace when is cold.
