It has been drive-by shootings here , kids do drop trash in the yards & parking area here . When things need repaired , I've waited from 2 weeks til months before it's repaired. Air filters barley get changed . Also some things never get repaired. Maintenance will tell you when he'll be back to repair & don't come back , It be the same when the AC unit stops working. It needs to be better reliable Maintenance workers here.
