I am disabled, I have filed for disability, my attorneys are working on getting me Social Security Disability payments.. Meanwhile, this apartment complex strong armed me into signing a lease that I didn't have any way to pay for. Now I owe them rent of $1200, + $2000 to be released from the lease contract, PLUS extra that they will claim for damages that I already reported and they NEVER repaired. As an update to my previous review, i did manage to finally receive my deposit after threatening to sue them to moon and back. After begging probably about 3 months for my deposit...I threatened to sue and got my check in 3 days...funny how that works LMAO Based on the review, this seems to still be a re-occuring issue. So educate the masses: I recommend others to read up on your rights as a tenant if they are trying to keep your deposit(as it seems to be a common theme here with this management). I stopped by today looking to tour a unit since no one at that office answers the phone or replies to any voicemails/emails. Leasing “manager” came out very confrontational, with an attitude and rude, simply because they seemed to have been closed and no where on the leasing office door or the website does it say they’re closed on Thursdays.
