I have been to Summer Nails at least 4 times and had great experiences. Today, not so much. I made an appointment, went to a pedicure chair and someone filled the bath with water then left for at least 5-7 minutes. Another person came over asked what type of pedicure I wanted, filled the bath with the lemon substance and then left for 10 minutes. The water was cold when he came back. Went today and had a full acrylic set with gel polish. They came out beautiful, great price, comfortable and very kind. He was quick but the quality was perfect. Will be back!
I typically love coming here for everything they always do a pretty good job on my nails but this recent time I’ve come to get a pedicure I went with two others and everyone doing our toes was in such a rush. Jason did my toes, got my legs scrubbed for maybe 5 seconds each, when it was time for my 10 minute massage he got sidetracked and started filing my toes instead of doing the massage then proceeded to massage the top of my foot…and just rubbing not massaging. Been here a couple times now and I genuinely appreciate how kind everyone is. I always mess up one nail and they fix it with no issue or giving me any grief. They’re all super nice people. I am very grateful for their hard work. Judy is super talented with small nail designs and is very affordable. Unfortunately, I highly recommend this nail spa.
