I ordered a coffee and a cookie, and it took 10 minutes to prepare. There were three female employees and one male employee just standing around talking and laughing instead of working on orders. They didn’t even start making my coffee until the last two minutes of my wait. There were no other customers waiting—everyone else was already seated with their drinks—so there’s no excuse for the delay. Waiting 10 minutes for something this simple is unacceptable. Very poor service and lack of professionalism.
Must visit in Houston! We had the blue moon latte. Beans are roasted to perfection and their special milk is worth a try. Very sweet so try the 1/4th first. The servers are lovely and the vibes are great.
