All these reviews are misleading I lived there for 8 years and its a dump, water gets shut off constantly, overpriced rent, they charge you for parking under covered stalls, they got caught hiding fees, the list goes on and on, just look up city place apartments that was them before the name change,
I recently moved into this apartment, and so far, I’m really impressed. The leasing process was smooth and stress-free, with the staff being very helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment itself is exactly as described—bright, spacious, and clean. The layout is perfect, and the modern finishes in the kitchen and bathroom make it feel like home already.
