After I moved out, the management finally contacted me to address all the issues in the apartment that had been left unresolved. They had the audacity to use my security deposit to cover repairs that could have been easily managed months prior, had they taken my earlier requests seriously. If they had only acted promptly, the problems wouldn't have escalated.
I don’t know what is wrong with this people I’m still paying my rent $3500 and I have been washing my clothes in a Laundry cuz they canceled my requests and this condo can’t send someone to fix it , everything is terrible , I have a baby and I have to wash a lot of clothes . We moved in May 2022 and had the DISpleasure of dealing with property manager at that time, Sara Betzalel. She was rude and lazy. We had a sink that was broken and the water wouldn't turn off. When we called her she told us "it's after hours' and she wouldn't do a damn thing. FINALLY, someone else came to the unit and had the sink fixed.
