Summer and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! Their communication was fantastic and they were constantly ahead of the game. Summer found us our dream home so quickly and everything went so smooth. I would 100% recommend Summer and her team to everyone I know!!

Summer helped me buy my house a few years ago and sell it as well. She’s been thorough, and also maintained a great relationship in the time I’ve owned the house.
Summer Rules! Summer did a fantastic job every step of the way. From finding fun listings and being an absolute delight to tour the homes with, to knowing her stuff with structural, electrical, plumbing, Indiana laws, etc etc. Summer knows her stuff. You cannot go wrong with joining forces with her and her team to find the home of your dreams!
Buying our house was super easy thanks to the entire team. Huge thank you all around to Summer, May, Delanie and Olivia for helping us find our home. I am however, very concerned about the previously unmentioned pile of skeletons we found in the house after closing and if the boney ghouls somehow came to life and forced us to move out I’d definitely hire this team of superheroes all over again.
I originally reached out to work with Summer Hudson but was passed to Delnaie Brewer dunno my needs for a quick turn around. I had an amazing experience and loved every interaction I had with her. I couldnt recommend working with Delanie more.
