Three of us sat at the bar Thursday night and shared 6-7 appetizers...selected by our most excellent service professional (Rachel). Drinks were good, food was superior. So many cool places to check out in Chicago but I would definitely go back.
Business response:
Thank you very much T Neil! We hope you can stop in again soon!
OMG. YUM. This place is delicious. Not one bad item ended up on our table. Interesting cocktails and apps, plus simple but delicious entrees and desserts. Try the draft latte--you're welcome.
Business response:
Thank you very much Susan! We appreciate you taking the time to post your review and hope to see you back at Summer House soon!
Came for our 13 year Anniversary and were treated to a 5 star dining experience we will always remember! Located in a beautiful sun drenched atmosphere in the heart of Lincoln Park. The waitress was amazing and her food suggestions spot on. Burrata cheese appetizer was amazing. 1/2 chicken was one of the best I've ever had. Warm cookie dessert nearly killed me, but in a omg it's too good sort of way. I am from L.A. and this restaurant made me feel at home here in Chicago. Thank you so much!
This has become our go to brunch place! Try the avocado toast! Ambience, staff, service and food are all excellent!
Business response:
Thank you very much Sandra! We love to hear that and appreciate you choosing to brunch with us!
This is a great dining experience from beginning to end! We were greeted with a smile and received impeccable service. Our meal was delicious and we took home some of the best cookies ever!
Business response:
Thank you Denise! We appreciate your kind words and thank you very much for dining with us!
A California experience in Chicago Lettuce style!
Business response:
Thank you Bruce! Hope to see you back at Summer House soon!
We had a wonderful time here. The service was attentive and timely. I had read some not so inspiring reviews regarding the service, but ours was great. The food was very good. I would have enjoyed more white wine selections, but that is my personal taste.
Business response:
Thank you very much Chris! We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again soon at Summer House!
Dined here tonight. My order was over salted over cooked based on what I asked for, to the point it was inedible. Waitress did nothing to correct my order. Will never go back.
I fly through O'Hare a lot and am glad for this option. The food is delicious with a limited but well thought through menu. Those taking your order are unfriendly and rude but the bartenders are friendly and the food is worth it.
Business response:
Hi Noemi, thank you very much for visiting us at O'Hare and we appreciate your feedback. We do apologize for the poor service when placing your order and we will definitely address your comments with our team. Again we are very sorry and thank you.
