when you move in here, think carefully before you move in. Everything in side is damaged but our eyes can't see it and they dont tell you. And when you move out they will give it to you know an amount that you have to compensate for the damage you did not expect..
I highly recommend the property manager and the assistant manager. Arlene and Sabrina are wonderful and Mrs Leah is the bomb.com
RecommendedWe have lived at Summer House for almost a year now, and we have loved every minute. Our unit is adorable and cozy. You get a washer/dryer and garage, which makes the price worth it. We have enjoyed watching our little one grow up in this home for the past year. If we weren't moving into a house, we would definitely stay another year.
Living at Summer House Apartment has been the best living experience!! Thanks to Arlene for helping us out. We moved out and 1 mouth later returned cause we missed being here.
The manger is unscrupulous. She usually didn’t show up in office in working hour and delay to repair stuff in my apartment. My dishwasher was broken for 3 months. I asked her to fixed it four times a week but she never get it done

I live here for couple month. But when I came to my apartment. I saw that the cover of the light was broken. I asked them to fix 3 months ago. They never fixed for me while I pay my rent in full and on time. Until I am tired of visiting them almost every week and give up. Never renew my contacts after my lease expired
