Apparently the owners feel like it is okay to keep your deposit for touching up paint, cleaning the carpets and cleaning the apartment for normal wear and tear. My daughter had to move home and was assured that if the place was clean that her money would be refunded. I helped her clean everything above and beyond not to mention my husband had to repair blinds that were broken when she moved in. Habitual lost payments. Rude staff. Disgusting hallways. And none of the amenities like the pool were ever available. You can NEVER call them because apparently the phones don't work. I'm so glad my lease ends in Feb.The worst place I've ever lived. And I've lived on Chelton.
