Edit 2. Back to 1 star. They did pay someone to come clean the carpet it didn’t help much. But what I learned is that the don’t clean the carpets in between renters. They didn’t have anyone come out to clean any carpets in MONTHS and only used them 3 times, that’s coming from the company they pay for you to use. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! Terrible experience the entire time living here. Heat and air hardly worked. Leaks all the time. Had to keep a bucket right in the door entrance to catch the drips. Maintenance took forever to fix anything and most of the time didn’t even fix the issues. There was a shooting in the apartment next door. The pool was green the entire time we lived there. AWFUL apartment complex. Have absolutely zero regard for their residents. They’re have been instances where they shut off power for over 48 hours - leading to food going bad, being unable to charge devices, and being forced to eat out because of the inability to cook. There have been multiple times when the neglect to turn on their answering machine at night, which inhibited me from reaching maintenance for an emergency - my lock broke.
