5 stars for Risewell’s customer service. We personally did not build with Risewell, but we live in the neighborhood. We had issues with an overgrown lot with 6 ft tall + weeds next door and were told it was their lot. However, upon contacting Risewell, turns out it is another builder’s lot. Risewell went ahead and contacted that builder and handled our complaint for us. They made sure it got mowed within the next week. They even called us back to follow up with an update. That’s much appreciated. Thank you for helping out.

Karla Cordero was so amazing to work with, at the beginning of the transaction we met her and she friendly gave us all the information we needed to know about the community, later when time for my buyers to move forward with the contract which she helped us a lot and always keep following up the process throughout to make sure if anything we need to address. I'm glad to work with Karla in this transaction and closed it smoothly.
