This is a friendly advice for new home owners. I bought a home from this builder two years ago. The houses have lots of issues from leaking roofs to ceiling cracks electrical problems all kinds of issues that you can't imagine. So take the time to check every little detail on the property before you buy it .. 90% of my neighbor's have mentioned different issues with the properties and not to mention this house are only two years old.
