My family and I lived at Summer Creek for two years. We thought the management was great, and the prices were fair. After a decent first year, we decided to move upstairs to a corner unit (#320) for our second year. While our summer in the new unit was pleasant, we faced some serious problems in the winter. Even though they assured us the heating was fine in our tour, it wasn't. We were later told that our unit was the last to get heat because of how the pipes were set up. I've lived here for three years. I love it. The maintenance guys are great and fast, management is friendly and understanding, and it's really quiet even in the summer. I went so far as to move to a better unit in the complex after a year because I wanted a different number of bedrooms but wanted to stay here. You'd be hard pressed to find somewhere better.

I lived here in a two bedroom with my wife for a year. We searched the whole maple grove and plymouth area and summer creek apartment is the best value we could find. It is a smaller complex compared to some of the giants nearby, but the apartments are up to date with nice appliances and we never had any problems with neighbors (i.e., no noise issues or unwanted smells in our apartment). My husband and I lived at Summer Creek for 1 year. We loved living at Summer Creek and we are so sad to leave. Great location and great prices. The management is always helpful and friendly. Dave in the front office is great!! They are always looking to update things around the apartment. It is a very quiet apartment complex too. Our apartment was super nice and spacious. I LOVED living here. The building is super quiet & the location is excellent. I was obsessed with my units vaulted ceilings & view of the creek. Management was always a pleasure to work with and maintenance requests were always dealt with in a timely manner. The free underground parking was a HUGE bonus. I would recommend this building to anyone I know.
