This was a great place to live! My apartment looked very nice and never had an issue, the parking garage was warm and convenient, and the pool was awesome to use in the summer. Not to mention, the in suite laundry was a lifesaver. But above all, this place has very good management, which can make or break where you live when it comes to apartments. Dave specifically was wonderful. Very personable, helpful, and attentive. I only wish I could’ve lived here longer!
I've lived here for I don't even know how long... 6 years maybe? Dave, Jorge and the team have been have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Realistically, rent is fair based on the market, but it's a bit steep for a one-income household; not their fault. The office and maintenance staff are very kind and quick to help. I've had some minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved and they do it all with a positive and friendly attitude.

Summer Creek has been home for just over two years - nothing but good things to say about this community. Dave, Alex, and Zach (when he was here) in the office are very friendly, welcoming & attentive - they communicate all happenings with the building in a very timely manner and follow through with every concern that's brought to their attention. Add in George and his maintenance crew and it only enhances this review - issues are fixed very quickly and professionally. Keep it up gang! Thanks for all you do.
