My husband and I have lived at Summer Creek for almost 2 years now and we absolutely love it here. The leasing office staff are personable and attentive, the amenities are great and align with our needs, and the location is very convenient for us. The walking trails nearby are a great bonus, and the backyard is beautiful in the fall! We have had no major issues with our apartment or with residents and staff. It is truly a great place to live that we are happy to call home!
My family and I lived at Summer Creek for two years. We thought the management was great, and the prices were fair. After a decent first year, we decided to move upstairs to a corner unit (#320) for our second year. While our summer in the new unit was pleasant, we faced some serious problems in the winter. Even though they assured us the heating was fine in our tour, it wasn't. We were later told that our unit was the last to get heat because of how the pipes were set up. I've lived here for three years. I love it. The maintenance guys are great and fast, management is friendly and understanding, and it's really quiet even in the summer. I went so far as to move to a better unit in the complex after a year because I wanted a different number of bedrooms but wanted to stay here. You'd be hard pressed to find somewhere better.
