The new management is amazing. Getting rid of riff raff and making it a much nicer place to live.

Place is a dump. Moved into what they called a "nice, fresh painted, furnished apartment." There is paint drips and smears on everything, everything is outdated, furniture is old and torn up. Place was never cleaned, stains on the floor and in the bathroom, cabinets and drawers were never cleaned, shit was just pushed to the back of them. Microwave was nasty and so was the oven, grease is everywhere. Place always smells like an ashtray no matter how much I clean or disinfect. The only down side is that they are all 1 bedroom/1 bath, but they are great for couples and single people. The neighborhood is peaceful and the staff are awesome! Highly recommended.
Too much violence and drug dealing my daughter live there every time she open her door the cops was busting a drug dealer.
