I am one of the many people who may have gone through with this. I rented a unit for almost 3 years with one of the property owned by Evans Realty called "Summerbrooke". Never had a single late payment in 3 years. The first month I moved in, I got a bill of $165 for my electricity which afterwards averaged around $35 a month.
