I booked a boat rental 2 weeks before my brother's bachelor party and the DAY BEFORE our rental, they emailed me to cancel the rental due to ongoing maintenance with the marina... something that could've been brought up prior. When asking for a refund, it's been over a week now. No one to return phone calls, no emails returned in regards to my refund and thank God a friend of mine happened to mention an email he sent me and to check or else I would've never seem the cancelation.
