landlord doesn’t care about tenants. dumpsters are always over flowing. rent goes up constantly
I've lived here many years and it used to be nice. But about 4 years or so ago they got new management and she could care less about people that live her nor what the place looks like. It looks worse and worse every year they don't fix anythin yet they constantly raise the rent. They are very picky and choosey of who they like and some people can do anything they want and some get hounded constantly. It could be nice if they finally get some new management but it's sadly gone to a dump. I've been treated horribly here. ,
Nice, quiet for most part, depending on building… neighbors aren’t the friendliest/ respectful … enjoy living here though. Very nice and in good location.
Apts are nice. But the grounds, garbage, drive way has a lot left to be desired.
