Demanding rent while most people can’t pay during this pandemic Shameful
I love it here, I've lived here 7 years and yeah the rent is the same as a house would be but anytime their is a problem and something needs to be fixed the maintenance is always right there. Only 1 maintenance guy and he is great. I would like them to shampoo the carpets everytime i renew the lease. The lady in the office is nice, when she has to tell anyone anything it's because she's just doing her job. She's firm and let's you know if something is wrong. I want to stay here for a few more years.
It's better then any other places around the area. Also not too spensive...
This place is not worth the money and the lady in the front desk is very rude we lived here for 1yr and our ac didnt work and the Maintenance said that it did but we would wake up all sweaty cuz the ac would shut off and never turn back on and it never reached the temperature we would set it at...our upstairs neighbors would crack there tub and they wouldnt let the front desk know so our bathroom would flood and 1s we had a waterfall in our bathroom i gave this place 1 start but it deserves 0 worst place ive lived at
