The Co i work for insulates their homes, nice floor plans as well. Really picky about certain things which is good for the buyers.
BUYER BEWARE of items pending after the warranty period is over, one year after closing! I felt compelled to edit my post for the benefit of others when purchasing a home from Pulte.
