If I could give less or negative stars I would. First they did not handle my appointment like it should have been. Instead of giving me peace of mind the nurse practitioner just brushed me off and tried to pacify me because she couldn't find a heartbeat. Instead of trying she just gave attitude saying "maybe you're not as far along as you think you are". As she kept getting my heartbeat. been going here for years and not a bad experience yet
I've been going here for 16 years since I was pregnant with my first baby. Other than wait time in the waiting room, I have had a good experience here.
If I could give you guys no stars I would I just called up there August 8 at 12:55 and the girl on the other line said I talked too fast and I said I’m sorry what did you say she yelled at me and said I talk to fast!! you guys obviously need to get some new employees up there that know how to talk to people treat people how you wanna be treated. I will not be coming to this place and I had an emergency and y’all did not help me with it. Instead, y’all wanna be rude.
