I was at the hospital for my illness so scared and overwhelmed , but the nurses and doctors were all incredible , kind and respectful. Even though I was so scared I felt very supported . I was treated not only as a patient but as a friend !
Dr. Dmitri Kolychev was absolutely horrendous to see as a chronically ill patient. He questioned every diagnosis my other doctors who have seen me for 10 years have given me, telling me I don’t qualify for the diagnosis I have, pulling results up in my face as if they negate my lived and documented experience. He talked over me and down to me. If you are chronically ill who is looking for a neurologist to be a part of your team of doctors, Kolychev isn’t it.
