Basically laughing the whole time and made light of my situation not funny to be disabled
I was extremely pleased with my visit to Dr. Donich. He listened to my concerns and actually provided an alternative to surgery. The staff, including the front desk clerk, nursing assistant and physician assistant were very helpful and kind.
YES! I’m grateful for Summa. Everyone says they are grateful for x health system. However I have my cervical fusion failing and pushing out of my neck through my throat. The non Summa HCP’s that saw me, ignored me, gaslit me and were just plain awful people. Summa and their Neuro team was the only one that cared enough to work fast to get this hardware removed. What’s worse than having two screws sticking in your esophagus making life hell? The original surgeon telling you not to freak out it’s not a big deal.
