Friendly office staff !!
My wife went in for blood work and was directed to this facility by request of her doctor. She arrived to do the blood work and they looked at her insurance (same insurance her doctor saw her with previously this year) and she was turned away because "they don't accept our insurance anymore" and "it change last month" without notifying us. Very quick to push her out the door considering her medical history, no humanity to offer to help her considering the circumstance because "they don't see out of network patients." Will never go to this office again. They do not communicate with their patients or call you back. They expect you to interpret your own labs and when you can't are told if there was anything concerning the doctor would call you. My labs were done for very specific concerns and I was expecting a call back. The office manager at the Springfield location was incredibly rude and dismissive. This is unfortunate because now I have to find another office that takes its patients concerns seriously.
