This review is less about the quality of care at Summa and related to their completely inflexible appointment policy. I made it clear I wanted an appointment in Medina; however, when I realized I was scheduled in Akron, I headed there immediately. I called to inform them I was going to be approximately 15 minutes late. That's where I went wrong as I told them I would be precisely 16 minutes late.
