I do not appreciate how I was spoken to on the phone here. I received a call from their phone number, only to call back and be told (quite rudely) that they never called me. Yeah, right, because my phone logs are wrong, lmao.
This office is miserable to deal with. There is constantly problems with paperwork and provider turnover is very high. Communication is very tough.
