Always friendly staff and on time always. The doctor goes over your labs and explains the results and what they mean. A little chuckle a one point of the assessment is a great "coping mechanism" at some point. I used to fear these appointments, but I'm okay now. The receptionist processes your arrival, lists your insurance and then checks the next time for your follow-up. Good job.
