From the very first minute, I found the breast clinic to be amazing. The people are extremely nice and caring, from the check-in desk to the technicians, nurses and doctors. They truly care. It’s such a scary thing when you don’t get the results you were hoping to receive. It felt like your family members were treating you. Total respect and compassion.
Wonderful Staff. Bad experience with the whole "at profit" Hatco healthcare. Had the testing done with Ambry Genetics was advised it would cost about 250.00 when in fact it was 335.33. The results were mailed, results Negative. I received a call from Summa telling me there was something wrong with my blood tests and that I could retest free of charge and was not clear why the testing was "Wrong" and no letter explaining it from Summa just verbal. Today was my third time at this location specifically the breast center. Every single person there was patient, kind, knowledgeable and just overall had a nice vibe to them. They all seemed to like their jobs and want to help their patients. I wish everyone that has to go through testing can go to this location.
You can't get a mammogram under 30 even if you're being referred here because you have lumps. Glad to know cancer can't get me for the next 7 years🙄
