Great experience! Doctor Ranjan is not your average doctor. He has a sense of humor in a professional way. He knows how to build trust by approaching you as a friend that you would listen to or as a mentor, rather than sounding like a typical doctor who can be monotone and just boring. He will reassure you, “Trust me, I am on your side” and won’t hesitate to refer you to a specialist if you want to.
Waiting so far 2 days for a call back, plus CVS pharmacy is also waiting for call back. Worst mistake I ever made was signing up with Kaiser. The absolute worst!
