Long waiting times
First of all since they have moved facilities from Truxtan Avenue to G St. the building smells like musky cigarettes. But that’s honestly the least of my concerns. My main concern is doctor Sandu did not really address my concerns. I went in with lower back pain and hip pain. I informed the doctor that my primary did the x-rays two weeks ago and that she could get the copy of the X-rays. She did not bother to get the report. She barely looked at me. 0/5 (if I could leave negative stars, I would) This office is hands-down the most unprofessional, disorganized, and downright hostile medical “practice” I’ve ever encountered. If you’re looking for actual care, compassion, or even basic competence, run the other way. You’ll be sent on a wild goose chase for labs, imaging, and authorizations that they either never bother to request or conveniently “forget” about. They never answer the phones.
