Dr. Rawat is always attentive and actively listening. I appreciate the care and time she spends on my visits. I never feel rushed or brushed off when I am bringing up my issues.
STAY AWAY!!! This doctor is incompetent and has no skills or bedside manner. Doesn’t ask questions like what medications are you on before injecting someone. She asked after. It hurt so bad after the first injection that I asked her to stop. I knew something was wrong. SHE DIDN’T LISTEN AND SHOT ME ANYWAY! She does not get back in a timely manner very poor at communicating. She does not seem confident in her diagnosis and does not explain things well. She also lacks human empathy.
Went in about my hands hurting, numb and tingling. She did several tests to diagnose moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. She explains things well. The process of reaching her is very undesirable. Prepare to wait on hold from 15-37 minutes. This could be easily solved if they allowed a person to give their phone number and get a call back.
Poor communicator, does not tell patients what she is doing , why she is doing it or what it means. I suggest any other Dr. She also does not understand the basics of how the instruments she uses work!
