I had a great team from Sum Bridges Construction and Maintenance come and do some work on my landlord's house. The team did an amazing work, and I know my landlord will be as happy as I am. Looks wonderful and I look forward to having them do other work that he might need. I will certainly pass the company information to my son and daughter-in-law!! 5 Stars Plus . . . .

Started out fine. Today, not so much. Unable to contact. I paid over $2,000 for the start of a small deck project. So frustrating. Called left VM, emailed too. No response to date. *Update* The company made it right! They had 2 employees exit their company without notice. The owner called and apologized. He scrambled to get more help & hires. The 2 young men who built my deck with the owner present & mentoring the job, the first day. They finished up. Cleaned up and went above & beyond. City required handrail on the railing.... read more
