SCAM ALERT! O STARS I recently had a concerning experience with this company called Sulthar Properties which also appeared to operate under the name “DFW Property Management” on Zillow. After applying for one of their listed properties, I became uncomfortable with the process and the way the listings were presented. In my experience, the listings seemed focused on collecting multiple application fees ($60 per applicant) and communication about the property and next steps felt unclear and inconsistent. These people are scammers! They had me drive an hour away to “self show” a property. When I got there they stopped responding and never sent the lockbox code, and this was after I sent them a picture of my driver’s license. I don’t know what kind of scam they are running, but if they use my identification for anything I won’t stop until I get them prosecuted and sue their socks off! I wouldn’t send them one dime at this point. They are definitely going to take your money and run!
