Dr. Bhandarkar herself was fine. The office screwed up my prescription and I ended paying over $90 for a medication I was supposed to get for free. I spent over two weeks trying to speak to someone at her office because no one would respond to any of my calls or messages. Once I finally did get a hold of someone, I was told it was too late to get any sort of discount (but had they bothered to pick up the phone earlier, I might have gotten one).
