My sister and I came here yesterday. She drove from Dallas, and I drove from Louisiana. We were coming to visit our Dad in the intensive care unit at St. Bernards. We were a little down and out and decided to go for a walk downtown. We saw the painted windows outside and the grammatical error of "beefs" had us at hello. We couldn't resist. We had a horrible experience tonight!! The waitress did come get our drink orders quickly but we were waiting a few minutes to order food...big mistake. Took us about 20 minutes to get the waitress to take our order. Then after 1 1/2 hours we finally had to ask about our food. She seemed shocked that we did not have it. That is because she had only been back once to check on our drinks. Took another 30 minutes to get our food. Food was good, not great or spectacular. But I had asked for butter on my baked potato. Solid Italian beef! I love the flavors and authentic bread !!!!!
Been wanting to try it and finally got to today I had the jumbo Italian beef with cheese and hot peppers. This thing was huge. Well worth what it cost and I enjoyed every bite. Kids had a thin crust pizza and they liked it. I have read good and bad reviews just like every place has so I don't judge until I try it. If they have an off day I always give a second chance because it does happen. Today I have no complaints. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes this kind of food. Good job sullys!! I will be back

Great service! We were passing through Jonesboro and stopped to have a bite to eat! The food reminded me of my home town Chicago! If you're ever passing through it is a must stop and have a bite to eat!
Have been to Sullys several times and have never had a bad experience. Food is always great and service is friendly.
