Just walked out of this place waited 20 min. to not even get a drink order and it wasn't busy at all!!! Even asked the hostess for help. Didn't do any good. We won't be back.
My waiter was friendly but terrible at his job. It took him over 20 mins to get my drink (beer), then took it up on himself to change my drink order since they didn't have what I wanted. Took over 35 mins to get my food, appetizer came out same time as my main course. It was too expansive for mediocre quality food.
We sat at the bar waiting for our carryout. The bartender Day was very friendly and made a good drink. I will return with friends soon.
Called in to check hours, manager was very friendly and very much willing to accommodate my request. Was more than happy to place a late order for pickup. Ordered a deep dish pizza and it was just like they make them back home. It was delicious. I am definitely recommending my friends try these guys out.
Finally tried Sully's for the first time this past Sunday. Disappointed. Server was somewhat negligent. Had to ASK for refills. Had to call after her to get the refills. Had to ask for ticket. For a "Chicago style restaurant" the Chicago hot dogs were not too good. The buns were hard toasted/baked, broken completely in two (top & bottom), and would not hold the contents. The bun wouldn't conform to the hot dog at all. We still want to try the deep dish pie, but hesitant to lay out that kind of cash after our first experience... read more
Great food and friendly staff. I was with 3 other people and one person got their food and finished by the time the rest of us got ours. timing needs to improve
The food was absolutely delicious very good service nice atmosphere to relax with friends
Absolutely great food. Great service and they remembered us from coming in downtown location. They remolded the place awesome inside and so clean. Pleasant place to eat.
Pizza soggy, not hot and just OK on taste. My husband ordered a tall 🍺 got a small but was charged for tall. Cheese dip just warm and way to thick.
