Waited 1.5 hours for our steak and still never got it. We gave up. No manager checked in or apologized. $65 for a salad dinner-- thanks!
Went in for the lunch they do in December. Wanted a steak as we had one last year. This year they had a limited lunch menu. I chose the meatloaf an horseradish mashed potatoes with herocot vert. I was served the end piece of meatloaf that was burned on top. The potatoes were overpowered by the horseradish. The beans were forgotten by the chef. Not on the plate. The mushroom gravy was way to salty. The server was very attentive. Didn't complain at the time because I didn't want to spoil the lunch I was having with my son.
For a $79 steak, you'd think I wouldn't have had to sit in a folding "funeral" chair or become a proficient lip-reader to understand the person sitting across from me. Noisy, over-crowded, and two different times the staff dropped trays of glasses in the kitchen. "Kobe beef from Australia" was the description of the daily special...unless I just couldn't hear the waiter over the dull roar. Wow. First and last time. Vegas prices, Golden Corral steak.
I celebrate every year for my birthday at Sullivans!! It's something I truly look forward to!! Each year I meet new staff or new friends! Thank you for letting me celebrate!!
Steak was over cooked. Our salads came after our main course because the waitress forgot. The manager said she'd take off our appetizer as an apology but didn't. We just paid our bill and left.
