Im new to the Raleigh area from Montreal, and had research the best steakhouses in Raleigh. Well my research didn't let me down. I bellied up to the bar and had some perfectly poured martinis, shortly after I ordered some bartender recommended Cabernet, with the Cowboy Cut Bone in Ribeye, with garlic mash potatoes, mixed steamed veggies and a side of their mushrooms. Everything was close to perfect, the steak was cooked to medium rare perfection, hard to remember a better steak, and I have lived in Manhattan, Chicago and LA.... read more
