Quite upset with the product. I gave them my engagement ring to be resized- went from a 6.5 to a 5... so a pretty big difference. I received the ring back with the band bent on both sides of the diamond. The band itself also starts very thin from the diamond and gets wider and should stay that width throughout the back of the ring, but that is thin now since getting it resized.
