Initially OK Longterm NO WAY First off sales guy and installation people are great. They installed in one day and managed not to kill the grass which was great. HOWEVER, fast forward seven years my water bill went from $80 to $250. City official came by and said there was a leak on my property. No idea on origination. We called a licensed plumber and he was able to determine the leak was where the irrigation system meets the city line. Good Service Great Crew I just had my sprinkler system installed today. All 8 zones were tested and worked perfectly great. The work performed was SUPERB, "kudos to Sullivan's work crew", they cut, removed and replaced neatly the grass back with minimal visibility of trench lines all within a timely manner. I feel I did the right choice by selecting Sullivan's Irrigation and I hope you do the same.
I would use these folks again in a heartbeat I recently used Sullivans to repair and re-install an irrigation system that was destroyed when I installed a swimming pool. This is actually the second time I've used them now, having moved house recently, and the great experience I had first time around was repeated. Installation was good, but good luck w/customer service after this I've never written a review before, but wanted to make sure noone else had this problem in the future. I hate getting bad service after you've paid good money for something. I agree w/ 1st person's comments about installation being good. When they installed the sprinkles, everything was fine. Great Service I recently had a sprinkler system installed by Sullivan Irrigation. The crew showed up on time and worked hard. The total job was completed in a day. Afterward you couldn't even tell I had any work done that day. A previous sprinkler installation at another house left large mole hills in my yard that took months to pat back down. I definitely will recommend them to anyone.
