If I could give a negative star, I would. I called with a simple question and was met with complete rudeness. The lady I spoke to had a terrible attitude and was dismissive from the start. I was told she is the “top person” at the facility, which is honestly a joke. The disrespect was unbelievable — she actually told me “good luck” and hung up in my face.
