The physician made sure every single question I had was answered, and informed me that he is always available and if I think of any more questions I want answered to call and make an appointment or talk to his staff and they would tell him what I needed. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was impressed with the physician's knowledge and straightforwardness. I really like the doctor, his office and staff needs a lot of improvement with customer service. Dr. Sullivan is very intelligent and patient. I remind myself that he is the doctor that is helping me medically and not the nurses and other staff. if you have a "mystery illness", Dr. Sullivan is great!

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Their office was so clean and neat, it was obvious that they spent a lot of effort to make a welcoming, professional atmosphere for their patients. The staff welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door, and were happy to help me with whatever I needed.

Did this provider give you tips and strategies to prevent and reduce inflammation at home? Definitely. Everything I was told has helped me immensely!
