Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Did this rheumatologist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Was this rheumatologist friendly? Polite Enough Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was this rheumatologist's staff friendly? Yes

Did this provider explain your test results to you? Definitely not. I asked for an explanation and was ignored Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this rheumatologist's office? Yes Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

This doctor is creative and kind. When he did injections into my joints, the pain was minimal. I am going back. I would recommend the office.

During my first appointment, Dr. Sullivan read the medical history I was given to list by reception, examined me, and listened to me explain my symptoms and concerns. He then gave me his diagnosis, and recommended diagnostic procedure's to inform my Surgeon to perform in time to coincide with a surgery already scheduled to take place the following week.
