Service was really good the guys were nice and very helpful. I felt as if everything they told me was fair and correct for the job that needed to be done. Appreciate everything they have done.
I scheduled an appointment last week for today, October 16th, at 8:00 AM. I dropped off my van right on time, expecting the service to be completed as agreed. However, by the end of the day, nothing had been done, and I was told they couldn’t get to it anymore. I lost a full day of work because of this and had scheduled everything in advance to avoid exactly this type of situation. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication. Another terrific visit - straightforward advice and good value.
The disappointment doesn't stop here. Went in and made an appointment to replace two truck tires, took time off and showed up early only to be greeted with "your tires were not ordered". Town Fair Tire gets my service from now on.
