Matt is truly the best mechanic around. He is honest, takes pride in his work and I would trust him with my car ?? no questions asked. He does great work and I have never met another mechanic who truly takes the time to make sure the customer understands exactly what is wrong and how exactly he plans to fix it.
Service was really good the guys were nice and very helpful. I felt as if everything they told me was fair and correct for the job that needed to be done. Appreciate everything they have done.
I scheduled an appointment last week for today, October 16th, at 8:00 AM. I dropped off my van right on time, expecting the service to be completed as agreed. However, by the end of the day, nothing had been done, and I was told they couldn’t get to it anymore. I lost a full day of work because of this and had scheduled everything in advance to avoid exactly this type of situation. I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication.
