As someone who is not well-versed in the auto industry, I rely on the integrity and honesty of others whenever I bring my car into a shop. I've had my brakes/rotors done, state inspection, oil change, headlights, and battery install done here and have never felt like I am being upsold on anything I didn't need or require. The folks at the Keene location were great... got me right in and took care of my car even though the booking system had not shared my appointment - even though the booker seemed to be on the ball and was very helpful. It appears that there is a technical issue that is causing appointment information to not be shared with service locations. The bookers and the service folks seem friendly and helpful; it's the interface between computer systems that appears shaky. FYI: This is the third time I've had this issue come up. Friendly and fast service! I got my inspection done here and everything from setting an appointment online to picking up my car was flawless. I will definitely come back every year.
Glenda Wilbar went above and beyond in helping me secure my service appointment then getting my coupon applied I had forgotten at home. She was very responsive and helpful and I was grateful for the way she helped and handled my situation. Sullivan Tire is lucky to have a great employee like that and because of her I will give my business to Sullivan Tire Keene. Good Job Glenda! Now give her a raise!
