Straightforward techs, they did a good job at a reasonable price and didn't try to push unnecessary service (seems rare these days) but did point out some things I could plan for in the future. This is a pretty great shop and crew
We have a company account. They really do a through job on your vehicle. Let's face it. When it has to be fixed. They will do it right. Awesome service.
I brought 3 vehicles in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had bought tires for two of the vehicles from them recently. When I picked up my 2022 F250 the tires had not been rotated, after telling them this they flat out lied to me and said they were. I told them I had marked one of my tires, they brought it back in and did the rotation. They lost my business with 3 vehicles and upcoming tire purchases. I wouldn't recommend Sullivan Tire in Keene. Very disappointed.
This organization is thoughtful, helpful, kind and I can trust them to do a great job! I cannot recommend them highly enough.
