I brought 3 vehicles in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had bought tires for two of the vehicles from them recently. When I picked up my 2022 F250 the tires had not been rotated, after telling them this they flat out lied to me and said they were. I told them I had marked one of my tires, they brought it back in and did the rotation. They lost my business with 3 vehicles and upcoming tire purchases. I wouldn't recommend Sullivan Tire in Keene. Very disappointed.
This organization is thoughtful, helpful, kind and I can trust them to do a great job! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As someone who is not well-versed in the auto industry, I rely on the integrity and honesty of others whenever I bring my car into a shop. I've had my brakes/rotors done, state inspection, oil change, headlights, and battery install done here and have never felt like I am being upsold on anything I didn't need or require. They have taken my car in on time as scheduled for my appointments, the cost seems fair, and everyone I've spoken with has been polite and professional with me.
